Adirondack nature panorama at dawn of Snowy Mountain


I was expecting fog in the valley when I left in the early morning to climb Watch Hill and photograph this Adirondack panorama... I wasn't anticipating though the low clouds that kept drifting over the summit of Snowy Mountain as the sun rose in clear air to the east. The colors on the clouds changed from a soft pink to a brighter red, and then to a mauve tone before becoming white in the brighter sunlight as the sun rose fully above the horizon.
